Code of conduct at Norrsken events

Norrsken is a carefully curated community, founded on principles of mutual respect, giving back and positive collaboration. You’re here because we think you are a top person - someone who can contribute to our global movement for positive change. While you’re visiting our House, we trust you to be a role model for others in the community.

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy on harassment and abuse at our events. If any guest’s behavior, verbal or otherwise, is making other guests uncomfortable, we will ask them to leave.

We do not allow illegal drugs at our events. If any guest is seen consuming or distributing drugs, we will ask them to leave.

If you notice anything that doesn't feel right or see someone in need of assistance, please speak to a member of the Norrsken team or contact us. Your concerns will be handled confidentially and with care.

We’re building this movement together, so let’s help each other make it into what we want it to be.

All the best and enjoy your time at Norrsken House!
